Easy looks 2 moves ahead and plays a random move 30% of the time. Medium searches 4 moves deep and plays solidly. Hard searches 6 moves deep with alpha-beta pruning — it spots traps and rarely loses.
What happens if the board fills up?
If all 42 cells are filled without either player connecting four, the game ends in a draw. The draw counter at the top of the board tracks how many drawn games you've played.
